The content of the announcement shows that, after deliberation, the board of directors of Huacan Optoelectronics believes that: in order to implement the company's strategic development plan and enhance the company's overall competitiveness, the company plans to use a wholly-owned subsidiary, Huacan Optoelectronics (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang Subsidiary"). ) In order to implement the main investment and construction of the Mini LED production line expansion project, the project landed in the Zhejiang subsidiary factory at No. 233 Sufu Road, Suxi Town, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, with a planned total investment of 492 million yuan. The source of funds for the project is the self-raised funds of the Zhejiang subsidiary. At the same time, the company's management is authorized to handle specific matters related to the investment and construction of the Mini LED production line expansion project.
